This policy sets forth the rules regarding usage of XpoNet dba Xpodigital (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) electronic media, equipment and services used to provide services to Company customers. This policy applies to all users of Company services and/or equipment that is owned, leased or rented by the Company or managed by the Company on behalf of our clients.
As a user of Company equipment and services, you are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of Company services or equipment, regardless of the purpose of the use. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy.
You remain solely responsible for your use of the services and equipment and are prohibited from using the services or equipment for any of the following: (a) infringing on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violating any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination, or false advertising); (c) engaging in use that is defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (d) knowingly transmitting any Viruses; (e) engaging in fraud\ or the sale of illegal goods or services; and (f) otherwise causing the Company to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
We reserve the right to take any action with respect to its services and equipment that we deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to protect its business interests, including, without limitation, eliminating, restricting or suspending access to such services and equipment.
